1. Can I use the Virtual Office before my company is officially incorporated?
Yes. Our Virtual Office supports you from the very first step of your journey into self-employment. You can use our business address as your registered office in your incorporation documents immediately, allowing you to get started formally even before your company is fully registered.
2. Will I receive mail even while my incorporation is still in progress?
Yes. As soon as you book, our address becomes active for your use. We reliably receive your business mail from day one and forward it to you—either digitally processed or physically, depending on your preference. Your mail logistics are therefore operational before your company has officially launched.
3. What do I do if I haven't opened a business bank account yet?
No problem. You can simply use your personal account to get started. As soon as your business account is ready, you can easily update your payment details via the customer portal. Since your company name is already on the invoices, you can easily reimburse yourself for the initial costs from your company later on.
4. Can I also use the Virtual Office address as a billing address?
Yes. During the incorporation phase—and naturally beyond that as well—you can use our address as your official billing address. This ensures clarity for external parties and adds professionalism to your business communication.
5. Can I store documents with you during the incorporation phase?
Yes. If you would like to securely store folders, contract files, or other important documents, we are happy to take care of that for you. There is only a small setup fee (€20) for documents you bring in yourself. Everything that arrives by mail after you become a client is stored at no additional cost.
